Will Web Care only fix problems with my website?
NO! Web Care is for any changes you need or want making to your website. Constant refinement is key to having a high quality website, and Web Care provide a service whereby changes can be made simply as an improvement.
Does my website need to be from GILEZ?
NO! As long as your website is written in HTML, CSS or similar, Web Care can help! If you have a website that was not created by GILEZ, then simply go onto the contact page, and email the website address, and I will reply ASAP.
Whats the advantage of the plus package over the standard package?
The standard package is more of a mainenance plan, where simple adjustments to text and other tasks such as setting up email addresses are completed. The plus package allows more changes to be made, and mean that entire pages can be overhauled, and some major adjustments can be made to improve the look or content of the site. The plus package also includes a more detailed monthly visitor report, as well as monthly backup to external media.
Is there a minimum amount of time I need to sign up for?
Not really. The service is billed monthly, due to the nature of the ongoing service, but there is no minimum sign up period.
What do I need to provide in order to sign up?
To make this service possible, I will need access to your hosting server in order to make changes to web pages and to configure other changes such as email addresses.
How will I be billed for the service?
Payment can either be made through PayPal on a monhly or yearly basis, or a monthly direct debit can be set up to be paid from your bank account. Payment is required before each months service will commence.
